Hearth Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

    • conversion and retention of an existing two-and-one-half storey with basement, character one-family dwelling to a two-storey with basement, two-family dwelling;


    • to develop a new detached two-storey, one-family infill dwelling with one-car garage, and one adjacent surface parking space at the rear of the site, with:
        • proposed height of approximately 35.50 ft. for principal dwelling, and approximately 25.00 ft. for the garage/infill dwelling; and
        • proposed total site Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 0.85 (approximately 3,260 sq. ft.).


We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before November 16 , 2018, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
