Mango Design Co. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

  Exterior and interior alterations and additions to remove the existing WWOP sunroom at the rear on the main floor and re-build new floor area adding approx. 32 sq.ft, remove the rear stairs and deck and build a new deck with no stairs, dig-out the existing basement to create livable headroom height, add approx. 224 sq.ft to the second floor at rear, renovate the interior of all floors, update all existing cladding to Hardi Board, add new sliding doors at rear and replace all windows and doors.


Under the site’s existing RT-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.


We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before June 7, 2018, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
