Shape Architecture Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, consisting of nine (9) multiple dwelling buildings, including a mix of two-to-three-storey freehold rowhouses and townhouses containing a site total of forty-four (44) dwellings, consisting of:

    • FSR (Floor Space Ratio) of approximately 1.20 FSR (40,601 square feet);
    • Total height of approximately 35.1 feet (for front buildings) and 25.2 feet (for rear buildings); and
    • One level of underground parking providing 41 parking spaces, having vehicular access from the rear lane.

Under the site’s existing RM-8A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before November 29 , 2019, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
