Architrix Studio has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter the exterior and interior and change the use of this existing character one-family dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units with:
- a proposed FSR of 0.74 (2,994.2 sq. ft.);
- a proposed increase in height to 35 ft.; and
- a two-car accessory building with vehicular access from the lane.
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
