L.R. Designs Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

    • to retain and convert two-storey with basement, character one-family dwelling to a two-family dwelling,
    • to develop a new detached two-storey, one-family infill dwelling with two-car garage, and one adjacent surface parking space at the rear of the site, with:
        • proposed height of approximately 26.62 ft. for principal dwelling, and approximately 18.74 ft. for the garage/infill dwelling, and
        • proposed total site Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 0.85
          (approximately 3,417 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before April 17, 2019, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
