5486 Victoria Drive (Specific: 5496 Victoria Drive) - DP-2019-00203

Peaceful Park has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use, at the above-noted address, to a Retail Cannabis Store consisting of:

    • change of use from a Commercial Retail Store to a Retail Cannabis Store;
    • proposed hours of operation: 10 am – 8 pm,
      seven(7) days a week (excluding December 25); and
    • proposed floor area of approximately 1,200.0 sq. ft.


Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before June 12, 2019, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
