Formwerks Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site to alter and convert this existing one-family character dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units and to develop two infill buildings two-family dwelling each for a total of six dwelling units at this site:
- proposed total FSR of 0.85 (approx. 9437.55 sq. ft.);
- proposed FSR of Main Building (approx. 3345.42 sq. ft.)
- proposed FSR of Infill-1 (approx. 2885.37 sq. ft.);
- proposed FSR of Infill-2 (approx. 3120.31 sq. ft.);
- proposed height of Main Building approximately 29.5 ft.;
- proposed height of Infill-1 approximately 25.65 ft.;
- proposed height of Infill-2 approximately 22.67 ft.; and
- five parking spaces with access from the lane (two attached with Infill + three surface parking spaces)
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
