Birmingham & Wood Architects and Planners has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
Alter, retain and add to existing one-family character dwelling with secondary suite into three unit MCD and an Infill two-family dwelling in the rear, providing 4 parking spaces in total with access from Fleming street.
- Proposed overall FSR of 0.84 (Approximately 6,357 sq. ft.);
- FSR for main Building (Approximately 3,876 sq. ft.)
- FSR for Infill Building (Approximately 2,481 sq. ft.)
- Proposed Height of main Building 28.94 ft.;
- Proposed Height for Infill Building 24.66 ft.;
Under the site’s existing RS-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
