306 Terminal Avenue - DP-2019-00963

Due to the COVID-19 situation, site signs have not been requested to be placed on site. In the interest of keeping everyone which might be affected by the development informed, please also forward this notification notice to the tenants / occupants of the site.

Rize Alliance (306 Terminal Avenue) Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

      • ground floor Brewing and Distillery Manufacturing use with Ancillary Restaurant use;
      • ground floor Food and Beverage Manufacturing with Ancillary Retail use;
      • 2nd floor Clothing Manufacturing;
      • 3rd to 10th floor of General Office Use and Digital Entertainment and Information Communication Technology;
      • all over 3 levels of underground parking;
      • proposed height: 148 ft.; and
      • proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 5.0 approximately 146,890 sq. ft.

Under the site’s existing I-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before April 20, 2020 to be considered in the staff review. However, written comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
