The Brewery Creek Liquor Store has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for interior alterations and to change the use of approximately 1,815.0 sq. ft. from Retail,(Limited Food), to a Liquor Store consisting of:
- to expand the existing Liquor Store located at 3045 Main Street;
- total Liquor Store area of approximately 4,760.0 sq. ft. (Type-3 Liquor Store); and
- proposed hours of operation:
11 am – 11 pm, seven days a week.
Under the site’s existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before October 24, 2020, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
