Entice Development Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide interior alterations and to change of use from Office to Health Enhancement Centre, consisting of:

    • Approximately 660 square feet of floor area;
    • Services including but not limited to: relaxation massage, shiatsu; and
    • Hours of operation of 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week.

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before March 20 , 2019, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
