Due to the COVID-19 situation, site signs have not been requested to be placed on site. In the interest of keeping everyone which might be affected by the development informed, please also forward this notification notice to the tenants / occupants of the site.
Alexandre Ravkov Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and convert this existing One-Family dwelling to a Multiple Conversion dwelling (Building 1) containing three dwelling units and, to develop an Infill One-Family dwelling (Building 2) at the rear of the site, consisting of:
- proposed total site Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 0.85 (approx. 5,303.30 sq. ft.);
- proposed total MCD FSR of 0.64 (approx. 3,976.90 sq. ft.);
- proposed total Infill FSR of 0.21 (approx. 1,326.40 sq. ft.);
- proposed total MCD building height of approx. 37.15 ft.;
- proposed total Infill building height of approx. 23.97 ft.; and
- four parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane.
Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
