B2 Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform on this site exterior and interior alterations to the existing Heritage C – one-family dwelling to retain the secondary suite and to develop a new Infill one-family dwelling with an attached garage, providing 2 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane:
• proposed Total Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 0.80 approximately 4,842 sq. ft.; and
• proposed Height: 35.10 ft.
Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before June 29, 2018, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
