1776 West 11th Avenue - DP-2018-01172
B Squared Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter this existing three-storey plus basement multiple dwelling by constructing a new rear addition, and to develop a new accessory building and three (3) surface parking spaces at the rear of the site, providing vehicular access from the lane, including:
- conversion from six rental units ( five one-bedroom units and one housekeeping unit) to eight rental units (six three-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units);
- proposed total height of approximately 35.0 ft.; and
- proposed total Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 1.55 FSR (approximately 9,678 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing RM-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
