1378 East 26th Avenue - DP-2020-00271

Raj Home Design has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey two-family dwelling with a detached accessory building garage, consisting of:

          • proposed total site Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 0.6 (approximately 3137.64 sq. ft.);
          • proposed total Building Height approximately 33.51 ft.; and
          • two parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the flanking lane.

Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
