Hearth Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and add to this existing three-storey, two family dwelling and add an infill in rear with an attached garage providing one parking space and one surface parking having vehicular access from the lane on this site with:
• a proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of approximately 0.85 (3,423 square feet);
• a proposed height of approximately 29.72 feet for principal building; and
• a proposed height of approximately 25 feet for proposed infill.
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before October 23, 2018, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
