Formwerks Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to:
- alter and convert the existing one-family dwelling to a two-storey plus basement Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing four units with:
o a proposed FSR of 0.65 (6,953 sq. ft.);
o a proposed height of 33.4 ft.;
• develop a two-storey infill two-family dwelling with:
o a proposed FSR of 0.20 (2,214 sq. ft.);
o a proposed height of 25.0 ft.; and
o a total of five parking spaces (two interior; three surface) with access from the lane.
Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before April 5, 2019, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
