Medi-Leaf Dispensary has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use, at the above-noted address, to a Cannabis Retail Store, consisting of:

    • change of use from Retail Store to a Retail Cannabis use;
    • approximately 1,077 square feet;
    • proposed hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven (7) days a week.

Under the site’s existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
