898 Main Street - Temporary Modular Housing - DP-2018-00763

The Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency (VAHA) has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide Temporary Modular Housing on this site. The proposal includes the following:

    • Three-storey building containing 52 social housing units;
    • A Floor Space Ratio of 0.12 (approximately 24,789 sq.ft.); and
    • A maximum building height of 46.6 ft.

Under the site’s existing M-1 zoning the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
