The Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency (VAHA) has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

• One three-storey building containing 52 social housing units;

• A Floor Space Ratio of 0.11 (approximately 22,781 sq.ft.); and

• A maximum building height of 40.5 ft.

Under the site’s existing FCCDD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
