Onni Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a mixed-use building, including two 28-storey towers and one 24-storey tower, containing:
• commercial on the ground level;
• 223 secured non-market rental units;
• 30 Pearson supportive units;
• 488 market units;
• an approximate building height of 286 ft. (87.2 m);
• approximately 720,264 sq.ft. of floor area; and
• all over 5 levels of underground parking accessed from Paulson Street.
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
A rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on July 25, 2017. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit. In making a decision on a development application, the Development Permit Board shall have particular regard to the conditions outlined in the rezoning report, but may allow minor alterations to the form of development previously approved by Council.

This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue).
