The Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency (VAHA) has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to provide Temporary Modular Housing on this site. The proposal consists of:
• Two three-storey buildings containing a total of 104social housing units (52 units in each building);
• A Floor Space Ratio of 0.18 (approximately 49,590 sq.ft.); and
• A maximum building height of 42.3 ft.
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

In reviewing this application, and before making a decision, the Director of Planning will also need to consider City by-law regulations, and Council-adopted policies and guidelines.
