The date for the Development Permit Board consideration on August 19, 2019, has been cancelled.

Terra Housing Consultants has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 5-storey, mixed-use building. The proposal includes the following:

• 12 Social Housing units;

• a Taoist library and Taoist worship and study area; and

• an approximate building height of 66 feet.

Under the site’s existing Downtown-Eastside/Oppenheimer District (DEOD) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
