4464 Dunbar Street - DP-2018-00363
IBI Architects in conjunction with Qualex Landmark Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop at this site a 5-storey, mixed-use building. The proposal includes the following:
- 48 market strata dwelling units;
- 1009 m² (10,859 sq.ft.) of commercial area;
- Building height of approximately 16 m (52.9 ft.);
- Total floor space area of 7,145 m² (76,907 sq.ft.); and
- Two levels of underground parking accessed from the lane with a total 129 parking spaces.
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
A Community open house to be held from 4:45pm - 7:45pm on Thursday, September 20, 2018, in Room 208, Dunbar Community Centre at 4747 Dunbar Street with the applicant team and City staff available to answer any questions.
This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board on Monday, April 1, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue.)
