ONNI Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with 4 mixed-use buildings including the following:
- 4 buildings all over a 5-level common underground parkade, accessed off of Thornton St, including:
two live-work buildings (13 and 15 storeys);
one hotel (15 storeys) and
one office building (7 storeys),
all with retail at grade;
- One storage warehouse on level P5;
- Total floor area of approximately 45,600 m2.
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
This application has been rescheduled for the Development Permit Board on May 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue).
