Strand Development has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-used building, including:

• a total of 121 market rental units;
• a total of 1,005 sq. m of retail space at grade;
• a total Floor Space Ratio of 3.28;
• a building height of 21.5 m;
• two levels of underground parking with 108 parking spaces; and
• 159 bicycle spaces.

The application is being considered under the Affordable Housing Choices Interim Rezoning Policy.

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on July 11, 2019. Among the conditions of Council’s enactment, the applicant must obtain approval of the development permit.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before January 31, 2020, to be considered in the staff review. However, written comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
