371 West 2nd Avenue - DP-2017-00858 - Revised
Tidball Projects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 12-storey residential building (10 storeys plus 2 penthouse levels) above a 6-storey residential podium consisting of 5 storeys plus 1 penthouse level. The proposal includes the following:
• 133 market residential units;
• Building height of approximately 37.54m;
• Total floor area of 9,133 m2; and
• Three levels of underground parking with 137 parking spaces all accessed from the lane.
This rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on March 07, 2017. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit. In making a decision on a development application, the Director of Planning shall have particular regard to the conditions outlined in the rezoning report, but may allow minor alterations to the form of development previously approved by Council.
