PCI Developments LP has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the sites below:


3600 E Hastings Street


• 14-storey, mixed-use building.
• 94 rental residential units with 20% of the residential floor area assigned to moderate income households;
• commercial uses at grade;
• total floor area of 7,068.3 m² (76,083 sq. ft.);
• building height of 48.2 m (158.2 ft.); and
• 41 underground parking spaces and 125 bicycle spaces.

3680 E Hastings Street


• 14-storey, mixed-use building. The proposal includes:
• 118 rental residential units with 20% of the residential floor area assigned to moderate income households;
• commercial uses at grade;
• total floor area of 8,937.5 m² (96,203 sq. ft.);
• building height of 50.12 m (164.4 ft.); and
• 57 underground parking spaces and 156 bicycle spaces.

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, these applications are “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, thye require the decision of the Director of Planning.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on these development applications. Comments should be received on, or before September 8, 2020, to be considered in the staff review. However, written comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
