Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 25-storey residential building with 245 dwelling units. The proposal includes the following:
• 25 storey building with a 6 storey podium;
• 14 live work units at grade;
• total floor area of 263,915 sq. ft.; and
• 272 parking spaces in 4 levels of underground parking.
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board on April 16, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue).

You or your representative may attend the meeting and, upon request, will be accorded the opportunity to address the Board.
