Cornerstone Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey, mixed-use building including:
• 48 secured market rental residential units;
• Commercial uses at grade;
• A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.18;
• A building height of 68 ft.;
• 27 underground vehicle spaces; and
• 90 underground bicycle spaces.
This application is being considered under the Secured Market Rental Housing (Rental 100) Policy.
The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on January 15, 2019. Among the conditions of Council’s enactment, the applicant must obtain approval of the development permit.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before May 15, 2020, to be considered in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
