Rize Alliance Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for the installation on this site of:
- A temporary art-only video screen on the second-storey Kingsway façade, provided as a public art contribution;
- The active screen size is 12' x 21.6' (3,657 x 6,582 mm); and
- The screen will be programmed by the grunt gallery.
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before September 5, 2018, to be considered in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
