Due to the COVID-19 situation, site signs have not been requested to be placed on site. In the interest of keeping everyone which might be affected by the development informed, please also forward this notification notice to the tenants / occupants of the site.
WA Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, in tandem with DP-2020-00235 North – 2543-2583 Renfrew St and 2895 East 10th Avenue. The proposal consists of:
- 8-storey mixed-use building;
- Secure market rental units, with 20% of the floor area permanently secured for moderate income households;
- Commercial at grade;
- 2 levels of underground parking;
- Total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 3.59; and
- Approximately 80,562 sq.ft. of floor area.
Under the existing RS-1, the application is “conditional” so it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before May 5, 2020, to be considered in the staff review. However, written comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
