1805 Larch Street - DP-2020-00385
Metric Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- 5-storey residential building;
- secure market rental units, with 20% of the floor area permanently secured for moderate income households;
- a floor area of 4,180 m2 (44,784 sq.ft.);
- building height of 20 m (66 ft.);
- total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 2.53; and
- underground vehicle and bicycle parking.
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
The City of Vancouver is adapting its processes to accommodate federal, provincial, and local physical distancing guidelines put in place for COVID-19.
This application has been scheduled for the virtual Development Permit Board on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., on Webex.
