Metric Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

    • 5-storey residential building;
    • secure market rental units, with 20% of the floor area permanently secured for moderate income households;
    • a floor area of 4,180 m2 (44,784 sq.ft.);
    • building height of 20 m (66 ft.);
    • total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 2.53; and
    • underground vehicle and bicycle parking.

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.

The City of Vancouver is adapting its processes to accommodate federal, provincial, and local physical distancing guidelines put in place for COVID-19. 

This application has been scheduled for the virtual Development Permit Board on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., on Webex.
