Perkins + Will has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

• A 7-storey mixed-use building containing Industrial Use (ground floor), General Office Use (2nd – 4th floors), and Digital Entertainment and Information Communication Technology Use (3rd – 7th floors); all over 4 levels of
underground parking providing a total of 77 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane;

• A Floor Space Ratio of 5.00 (approximately 58,300 sq.ft.); and

• A maximum building height of 109.9 ft.

Under the site’s existing I-1A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires
the decision of the Director of Planning.


We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on these development applications. Comments should be received on, or before April 27, 2018 , to be considered in the staff review. However, written comments will be considered up until the date of decision.

In reviewing this application, and before making a decision, the Director of Planning will also need to consider City by-law regulations, and Council-adopted policies and guidelines.
