1294 Granville Street - DP-2020-00099

GBL Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a 6-storey, mixed-use building with retail use on the first storey and dwelling use (29 units) on the second through sixth storeys.
The proposal includes:

• height of 21.3 m (70 ft.);
• total FSR of 3.5 (21,027 sq.ft.); and
• 3 at grade parking spaces having vehicular access from the rear lane.

Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.

This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board on Monday, August 17, 2020.

To assist you, a brief explanation of the Development Permit Board process is posted on our website at: http://vancouver.ca/home-property-development/development-permit-board.aspx.  You or your representative may attend the meeting and, upon request, will be accorded the opportunity to address the Board.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before June 1, 2020, to be considered in the staff review. However, written comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
