Reliance Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver
for permission to develop at this site a 35 storey mixed
use building. The proposal includes the following:
• 206 market strata dwelling units;
• 27 market rental dwelling units;
• Retail area at grade of 475.66 m2 (5,120 sq.ft);
• Office area of 3,739.53 m2 (40,252.00 sq.ft ) above;
• Building height of approximately 112.17m (368 ft);
• Total floor space area of 21,140.9 m2 (227,559sq.ft); and
• 9 levels of underground parking accessed from the lane with a total 375 parking spaces.
Under the site’s CD-1 (588) zoning, the application is“conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires
the decision of the Development Permit Board.
A Community open house is scheduled from 4:30 - 7:30pm on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, Columbia Room, 1110 Howe Street with the applicant team and City staff available to answer any questions.
This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board on Monday, September 17, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue).

In reviewing this application, and before making a decision, the Development Permit Board will also need to consider City by-law regulations, and Council-adopted policies and guidelines.
