The date for the Development Permit Board consideration on October 15, 2019, has been cancelled. You will be notified accordingly once a new Development Permit Board date has been set.
Royal Centre (KREC) Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with alternations and reconstruction of the existing bank building.
The proposal includes the following:
- alterations and additions to existing office lobby;
- alterations to the interior of the existing mall; and
- reconstruction of the existing bank building and a 5-storey commercial retail building.
Under the site’s existing DD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before July 19, 2019, to be considered in the staff review. However, written comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
