Please refer to the postcard dated January 25, 2017, regarding the proposal at 7325 Blenheim Street.
Gateway Architectural has resubmitted to the City of Vancouver to develop a one-family dwelling, stable, tractor shed, pool and cabana on this existing site.
This is a redesign to address some of the concerns of the neighbourhood. Refer to the drawings, submitted by the applicant, to further explain the proposal.
Under the site’s existing RA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before July 11, 2017, to be considered in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.

In reviewing this application, and before making a decision, the Director of Planning will also need to consider City by-law regulations, and Council-adopted policies and guidelines.
