456 East 10th Avenue - DP-2017-00221
Bnode Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver proposing interior and exterior alteration to this existing one-family dwelling on this site. The proposal includes the following:
- adding a secondary suite in the basement;
- adding two dormers at the roof;
- removing the existing stucco cladding and restoring the original tongue and groove wood siding and decorative shingles to retain original house exterior character;
- connecting all floors internally; and
- adding three new bedrooms and one bathroom on the 2nd floor.
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
