Victor Eric Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a new two-storey plus basement, two-family dwelling with a detached accessory building (garage), providing 2 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane.
• proposed Height: 34.20 ft.; and
• proposed Total Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 0.75 approximately 3,288 sq. ft.
Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
