Birmingham & Wood Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop two (2) principle buildings on site, a two (2) storey plus basement two (2) family dwelling at the front, and two and a half (2.5) storey one (1) family dwelling at the rear with attached (2) two car garage plus one (1) at grade surface, providing a total of 3 parking spacing at the rear having vehicular access from the lane. The proposal includes the following:

  • an overall proposed building height of:
    • 32.69 feet for the two family dwelling at the front;
    • 29.42 feet for the one family dwelling at the rear; and
  • a Total Floor space Ratio of 1.00 approximately 4397 sq.ft.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before October 24, 2017, to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.

In reviewing this application, and before making a decision, the Director of Planning will also need to consider City by-law regulations, and Council-adopted policies and guidelines.
