C.I. Design and Graphix Services has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site, consisting of:
- to convert the existing two-storey, one-family dwelling to a two-storey, two-family dwelling and remove approximately 707 sq. ft. of floor space, and develop a two-storey, one-family Infill dwelling with:
- total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (3,032.5 square feet);
- peak height - Principal building of 32.9 feet (no change from existing);
- Infill building of 22.5 feet; and
- attached two-car garage at the rear, having vehicular access from the lane.
Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before March 13, 2017, to be considered in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.

In reviewing this application, and before making a decision, the Director of Planning will also need to consider City by-law regulations, and Council-adopted policies and guidelines.
