Ekistics Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site a new four-storey, mixed industrial and commercial building consisting of ground level Manufacturing use and Office uses on the 2nd to 4th floor, all over 2 underground levels of parking with 19 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane.:


• Proposed Height: 64 ft.; and
• Proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR): 3.0 Approximately 18,118 sq. ft.


Under the site’s existing I-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

We welcome your written comments (letter or e-mail) on this development application. Comments should be received on, or before January 22, 2018 to be included in the staff review. However, comments will be considered up until the date of decision.
