818 West 10th Avenue - DP-2017-00317

Vancouver Coastal Health Authority has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and retain the surface parking lot located east of the Blusson (ICORD) Building along the West 10th Avenue frontage. The application includes the following:

• 6 standard parking spaces and 1 Handi-dart space for the patients visiting the Blusson (ICORD) Building;
• Closure of the West 10th Avenue crossing with vehicular access for the proposed surface parking provided from West 12th Avenue; and
• Additional landscaping to provide screening of the parking spaces from West 10th Avenue.

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
