49 East 1st Avenue - DE419622
Concert Properties Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 14-storey residential building and a 12-storey residential building. The proposal includes the following:
- 107 dwelling units in the 14-storey building;
- 70 dwelling units in the 12-storey building;
- 18,800 m2 (202,366 sq. ft.) of floor area;
- 248 off-street parking spaces in 2 levels of underground parking; and
- Building heights of 46.3 m (152 ft) and 40.6 m (133 ft)
This rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, and enacted on June 23, 2015. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit. This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board for January 11, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue).
