Ankenman Marchand Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a
5 storey mixed use building. The proposal includes the following:

• 29 residential units;
• Retail on the ground floor;
• Building height of approximately 59 feet;
• Total floor area of 28,830 square feet; and
• 38 underground parking spaces accessed from the lane.

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.

This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board for February 22, 2016, at 3:00 pm in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue). Anyone may register to speak on this item at the meeting. For details, visit: vancouver.ca/dp-board
