1500 Robson Street - DP-2017-00304
IBI Group Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a 21 storey mixed-use building. The proposal includes the following:
• 127 market rental dwelling units;
• retail use on the ground floor;
• 99,861 sq. ft. of floor area;
• building height of 210 ft.; and
• four levels of underground parking accessed from the lane.
Under the site’s existing C-5A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
A Community open house is scheduled from 5:00 - 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Empire Landmark Hotel, The Crystal Ballroom West, 1400 Robson Street with the applicant team and City staff available to answer any questions.
This application has been scheduled for the Development Permit Board on July 10, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue).

In reviewing this application, and before making a decision, the Development Permit Board will also need to consider City by-law regulations, and Council-adopted policies and guidelines. Once a full application review is completed, a decision will be made. If you respond to this notification, we will keep you informed by re-notifying you as to the decision.
