James Schouw & Associates applied to the City of Vancouver to develop this site with a 9-storey, 14 unit Mixed-Use building containing a retail unit on the main floor and residential above.
A public notification for this application was originally mailed out in September of 2014. That notification stated that the decision would be made by the Director of Planning. It has since been determined that the decision for this application is to be made by the Development Permit Board.
The date for the Development Permit Board consideration on May 1, 2017 has been rescheduled to May 29, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (1st Floor, City Hall, 453 West 12th Avenue).

You or your representative may attend the meeting and, upon request, will be accorded the opportunity to address the Board.
